Christian Schopper provides strategic advice to clients on corporate finance matters, focusing on German-speaking Europe, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Before establishing Corporate Finance Central Europe/CorpFinCE (www.corpfince.com), an advisory boutique, he gained extensive experience with institutions such as Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch / Bank of America, UniCredit, and Raiffeisen.
In addition to his role on boards and advisory councils, Christian is actively involved in academia and management education. He serves as a visiting professor, specializing in corporate finance, capital markets, and banking in the European Union and the CIS.
Beyond his financial expertise, Christian collaborates with and coaches artists, conducting regular workshops and lectures on diverse topics such as arts management, investment in the arts, and arts entrepreneurship.
Christian Schopper holds a Doctorate/PhD in Laws and a Doctorate/PhD in Economics, both earned at the University of Vienna. He also holds an MBA from IMD in Lausanne.
